Sessions are offered on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from
5pm–11pm, over the phone or across a safe online platform.

If you’d like to explore working together, you can contact me using the form on this page or by email. You don’t need to write a lot – just a few lines about what you’re looking for and your preferred evening times on Tuesday or Wednesday between 5 pm – 11 pm. I will reply as soon as I can, usually within two working days, to let you know about current availability and to answer any questions.

From there, we can arrange an initial session or a brief phone or video call so you can get a sense of me and whether this feels like a good fit. There is no obligation to continue if it doesn’t feel right.

However you’re feeling right now, you are not “too much” or “not enough” for this space. You don’t have to shrink yourself, tidy your feelings away, or present a more “acceptable” version of you in order to be welcome here. The anger, numbness, confusion, tears, or complete lack of words you might bring are all parts of your experience, and they all deserve gentle attention rather than judgement.

Life is precious, even when it feels heavy or colourless, and we need to keep a good hold of it, especially in the moments when it seems to be slipping through our fingers. Counselling can be one way of holding on – not by forcing you to be positive, but by sitting alongside you so you don’t have to carry everything alone.
